Information we collect
When you submit a private enquiry, we may receive your name, contact details, order reference and the information you choose to include in your message. Please do not submit card numbers, banking passwords or identification documents through the enquiry form.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, administer confirmed orders, prevent misuse and meet legal or accounting obligations. The website stores a language preference in your browser so that it can remember your selected language.
Payments
Payments are completed through a Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy and security terms. J’aime Fine Jewellery does not receive or store your complete card number through this website.
Service providers and retention
Website hosting and form processing may be provided by Netlify, while payment processing may be provided by Stripe. Enquiry and transaction records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for customer service, order administration, fraud prevention, accounting and legal requirements.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information where applicable by using the private enquiry form and selecting “Other”. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate transaction records.
