Private quotations and delivery terms
Delivery timing, shipping method, insurance, destination and any applicable charges are confirmed in writing before payment. Made-to-order timelines begin only after the required payment and design approval have been received.
Shipping and collection
Orders may be shipped using an insured and trackable service or collected by prior arrangement where offered. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for reporting any delivery issue promptly.
Duties and taxes
Import duties, brokerage fees and taxes outside the seller’s collection obligations may be payable by the recipient. These costs are not included unless expressly stated in the written quotation.
Made-to-order pieces and returns
Because private commissions and made-to-order pieces are created to confirmed specifications, cancellation and return rights may be limited once work has begun. Any defect, damage in transit or material difference from the written order confirmation should be reported promptly with photographs and the order reference. The terms confirmed for the individual order take priority.
