A purchase is not confirmed until the design, gemstone, price, taxes, delivery terms and payment requirements are confirmed in writing.
Private quotations
Quotations may be time-limited and may change if a gemstone is no longer available, specifications change or material and service costs change. A quotation is personal to the named customer and order.
Payments
Use only the Stripe-hosted payment link issued for the confirmed order. Payment methods may vary by currency, customer location, device and eligibility. Do not send payment card information through email or website enquiry forms.
