This notice applies to the original jewellery designs, packaging designs, brand materials, images and other content displayed by J’aime Fine Jewellery.
Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, the jewellery designs, product concepts, packaging designs, drawings, sketches, renderings, photographs, graphics, text, layouts and other creative materials displayed on this website are proprietary to J’AIME FINE JEWELLERY LTD. and/or its founder, or are used with authorisation. They are protected to the extent provided by applicable copyright, trademark, industrial design and other intellectual property laws.
Trademarks
J’AIME FINE JEWELLERY™ and its associated names, logos, monograms, brand artwork and other source identifiers are claimed as trademarks. Certain brand identifiers are the subject of pending trademark applications. The ™ symbol does not represent that registration has already been granted. No use of a trademark, confusingly similar designation or brand identifier is permitted without prior written authorisation.
Jewellery and packaging designs
Access to this website does not grant any licence, ownership right or permission to reproduce any jewellery or packaging design. Without prior written permission, no person may copy, trace, recreate, adapt, manufacture, commission the manufacture of, import, offer for sale, sell, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit a design displayed on this website, whether in two-dimensional or three-dimensional form.
Website content
Photographs, drawings, renderings, text, graphics and page layouts may be viewed for personal, non-commercial information only. They may not be downloaded, republished, altered, cropped to remove branding, distributed, used in advertising, placed on another website or social-media account, or incorporated into any commercial product or presentation without prior written permission.
Prohibited technical and automated uses
Without prior written authorisation, website content may not be used to create CAD files, three-dimensional models, manufacturing instructions, moulds, replicas, derivative designs or training datasets. Scraping, automated extraction, artificial-intelligence training, image-generation reference use and other machine-learning uses of the designs, images or content are expressly prohibited.
No implied licence
No purchase, enquiry, quotation, website visit or sharing of a link transfers any intellectual property right. Any permission or licence must be expressly granted in writing by the relevant rights holder and is limited to the purpose, territory and duration stated in that written authorisation.
Third-party materials
Where a third-party name, logo, institution mark or other material is identified, it remains the property of its respective owner and is shown only for the applicable informational purpose. No affiliation, endorsement or transfer of ownership is implied.
Enforcement
Suspected unauthorised use may result in platform takedown requests, preservation of evidence, cease-and-desist correspondence, claims for available remedies and further legal action. Failure to act immediately in one instance does not waive any right.
Permission requests
Requests for editorial, licensing or other authorised use must be submitted through the Private Enquiry page before any use occurs. Permission is not granted unless written approval is received.
